lightened up triple chocolate, chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes

mix boxed betty crocker triple chocolate cake following instructions, except use 1/3 cup applesauce, 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, and 3/4 cup water. fill lined cupcake holders halfway. mix betty crocker chocolate chip cookie mix according to instructions except using one stick of light margarine instead of regular. drop a spoonful of cookie dough in center of each cupcake, press down halfway. bake according to cupcake instructions, reducing baking time by five minutes. insert toothpick into cake part and make sure it comes out clean (cookie dough will stay a little bit gooey. serve however you'd prefer, but there is enough deliciousness in these to not top them with anything. you'll definitely want a tall glass of skim milk!
