strawberries and cream

applesauce strawberry cake and whipped cream

make boxed strawberry cake as directed, but reducing one egg, half of the water. do not add oil, and add 1/3 cup of applesauce instead. bake in a bundt pan, reducing baking time by 5 minutes. serve with a tablespoon of fat free whipped topping. makes 12 large slices.
